The location was perfect, with a lovely walk by the river just across the road. The spacious layout and comfy beds made our stay very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to easily cook our own meals. The cottage was also very clean and had lots of thoughtful touches, like board games and DVDs for entertainment. it was a great base for exploring the local area and we would definitely go back.

The outdoor furniture was a bit difficult to access initially.

My go-to place! The staff found my lost barrette on my first visit. Perfect amenities for a city break: Free Wi-Fi, parking, electric kettle, kitchenware, laundry. Flat-screen TV, video games, play area for kids, pet-friendly. No regrets, always returning!

The owners have thought of everything, from providing dog-friendly amenities like treats and a towel, to welcoming touches like Welsh cakes and drinks. The location is perfect for exploring the local area, and the museum showcasing the hometown of prime minister David Lloyd George is a must-visit. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.
